I hope this triggers you into training harder. The reality is, you're just getting out worked by a crippled meathead who can only train arms. Embarrassing, really. If you can't build 50lbs of muscle as a natural, its not your genetics, it's your sh*t attitude, lack of discipline, and overall unwillingness to go MAX effort. There's an epidemic of lifters training like p*ssies and blaming their genetics or natty status for their lack of results. It's funny how i've yet to meet a single person who actually trains like an animal and doesn't have sick gains. Natural or not. YoU CaN TaKe StErO*dS aNd GeT mOrE JaCkEd WiThOuT wOrKiNg OuT ThAn A nAtTy WhO iS tRAiNiNg! I dunno about you, but I've seen many ppl who are natural get more jacked than dudes on gear... Not saying it does nothing. It does. It amplifies whatever you are doing. If you train like an animal, you'll blow up. If you train like a limp potato, you'll look like a slightly less limp potato... btw im on legit TRT rn and still getting bigger. Can't wait to read all the excuses in the comment section. All I see are ppl who'd rather yap than get to work. For those of you that support me, much love as always. Stay positive, get huge.
@thegirljt stars in @ottolinger’s Autumn/Winter 2026 campaign, photographed in Paris by @danielsannwald. The images pair sheer mesh and flocked silhouettes with shield sunglasses, sculptural earrings, and a chrome finish, exploring the tension between exposure and armor. One thing I’ll always believe is that accountability matters just as much as growth. I’m not perfect, and I’ve never claimed to be. I’ve made mistakes, hurt people without intending to, reacted in ways I’m not proud of, and had moments where I could’ve handled things better. I’m still learning, still growing, and still working on myself, just like everyone else. But one thing I never want to lose is the willingness to look at myself honestly. If I’ve made a mistake, I want to be able to own it. If I’ve hurt someone, I want to take responsibility for my part. And when I’m given the opportunity to make things right, I want to have the humility to do so. Growth isn’t just about talking about kindness, healing, or being a better person. It’s about being willing to recognize the moments when we fall short of those things, too. I hope I never become so focused on who I’m trying to be that I stop being honest about who I am today. There will always be room for me to learn, to apologize, to do better, and to grow. We can hold ourselves accountable without hating ourselves for being human. We can acknowledge our mistakes without letting them define us. And we can choose to do better without pretending we’ve always gotten it right. The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to be honest enough to grow. 🤍 What’s one thing personal growth has taught you about yourself? Kanye West and Bianca Censori allegedly made an unexpected appearance at a private after party for Sacha Baron Cohen’s “Ali G” film at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Interestingly, West and Cohen have crossed paths before. In 2016, West and his then wife Kim Kardashian attended a private screening of Cohen’s film “The Brothers Grimsby.” Years later, in 2022, Cohen referenced West during a comedic appearance as Borat at the Kennedy Center Honors. While the two have a history of public interactions, it’s unclear whether there’s any personal tension between them today.
