This wood fired pizza pop up by Tournant will be served omakase-style at the 8 seat chef’s counter at the @2ndandsalmon event space in Portland on the Second Friday of every month!
Think chef-inspired slices of pies with both traditional and far out toppings, from classic marg to global flavors to bougie caviar & creme fraiche.
The menu will be seasonally driven and will feature 10 courses of pizza and pizza-adjacent dishes served up with a bit of storytelling and a lot of love for the world’s favorite food.
