🍕Tournant Presents: Pizza OMGaze 🍕

This wood fired pizza pop up by Tournant will be served omakase-style at the 8 seat chef’s counter at the @2ndandsalmon event space in Portland on the Second Friday of every month!

Think chef-inspired slices of pies with both traditional and far out toppings, from classic marg to global flavors to bougie caviar & creme fraiche.

The menu will be seasonally driven and will feature 10 courses of pizza and pizza-adjacent dishes served up with a bit of storytelling and a lot of love for the world’s favorite food.

🔥 One Night Only: Vinai Feast with Chef Yia Vang 🔥

We’re honored to welcome Chef Yia Vang (@yiavang70) of Minneapolis’ acclaimed @unionhmongkitchen for an intimate, 8-person live-fire dinner here in Portland.

This is not your average night out!! This is a feast rooted in Yia’s heritage, family, and deep love of live fire cooking, crafted with the best of Oregon’s bounty.

Only 4 seats left for the 7:30pm seating… don’t sleep on this one.

🔥 LIVE FIRE COOKING CLUB : HIYAKU 🔥

Backyard vibes but make it Michelin. We lit up the grill at 2nd & Salmon with the incredible Sam Saltos of Hiyaku, one of Portland’s most exciting pop-ups, and turned an ordinary Thursday into a flame-kissed fever dream thanks to some Lone Mountain Wagyu beef tongue.

Just a little reminder: some of the best food in the city is happening off-menu, outside, and over charcoal.
