Building an entire app with Claude in a few prompts feels like being a tech genius. But the moment something breaks, suddenly you're staring at 500 lines of code, asking Claude why the fix it suggested has created three new problems. The confidence from building the app disappears faster than your API credits. 😭 Vibe coding is basically a cycle of “Claude, build this feature”, “Claude, fix this bug” and “Claude, why did you break something that was working perfectly fine?” At some point, you're no longer the developer. You're just a project manager negotiating with an AI that keeps saying, “You're absolutely right, here's the corrected version.” 💀
HAPPY FUCKING SMILE SATURDAY 🎃😁 Smilemobile’s out. Music’s up. We’re alive, baby. You know what’s scary? Letting years go by waiting for the “right time” to live your fucking life. I had 39 businesses fail. Believe me, you can spend forever thinking about what went wrong. At some point you gotta look in the mirror, smile, and say, “We’re going again.” Get your workout in. Call somebody you love. Have some fun this weekend. You’re allowed to enjoy yourself while you’re building your next chapter. Whatever you’re dressing up as tonight… wake up tomorrow and keep betting on YOU. Your smile is your greatest superpower. USE IT.
This took ages to put together but it’s finally done! I wanted to try out a little concept comic hook for Threadbound to get a better feel on the art direction and vibes. This technically won’t be in the comic itself, but it covers the main murder mystery premise of the first chapter. This is the first mention of Patch, which is where the story takes place, and I’ve spent a long time fleshing it out. It’s a tight-knit small town stuck in a decaying 1950s aesthetic due to its declining economy. Despite that, the residents are very warm and welcoming. Everyone-knows-everyone kind of feel. I had a lot of fun coming up with the environments, and there’s a lot more in my drafts for specific locations that’ll appear in the comic - might get around to sharing those at some point.
🖐🏻🤟🏻 Glad to be there
The way we respond to difficult situations often reveals how deeply we trust the Lord. It’s easy to remain patient when everything is going well, but what happens when someone disappoints us, speaks harshly, or disrupts our plans? James 1:19 reminds us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. God never intended for our emotions to determine our character. When we allow frustration to control our responses, we often create problems that could have been avoided through patience and prayer. Before responding to something that upsets you, ask yourself whether your words will honor God or simply satisfy your emotions. Philippians 4:7 reminds us that God’s peace will guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. You cannot control how others behave, but with the Holy Spirit’s help, you can control how you respond. Don’t allow a difficult moment to rob you of the peace God desires for your life.
