So FMLA is pretty much for ppl who have other sources of income. Because if I'm taking FMLA for mental health or family care is going to make things worse if I can't pay my bills😩🤦🏾♀️😒😏

I have FMLA and I filed a separate ADA accommodation letter but they didn't even try to come close to my ADA request due I have a case to stand on?

I got it signed in May and tried turning in my FMLA in July waiting other documents…my supervisor refused to sign it and told me to get a current one.

How can I find out if my father can get fmla for a heart surgery next week. He is an hourly employee at a body shop and they don’t have offer him health insurance but he has been there like 10 years.

Short term disability being denied after my doctor wrote me off 3 times with a letter. They also told me that I needed to take meds to get approved.

Because I didn’t inform them within of days of going on emergency leave the denied me. I was without pay for a month.
