Join us tonight for our monthly Club Blitz Tournament, 7pm!
Last month, the Club Blitz saw the return of the only undefeated NYCR Olympiad player NM Alan Morris-Suzuki who bested FM Juan Pereyra and expert Simon Schmidt to take home Top Player with a score of 7/7. FM Pereyra claimed 2nd place with a score of 5/7 while Schmidt took 3rd with the same score.
Ari Bluffstone and Mike Ching took home u2000 and u1800 respectfully with 5/7 while Saye Oyama grabbed u1600. Top Unrated went to Rohith Pillari who scored 5/7 and u1400 went to Shreyo Banerjee (two Reykjavik Open players podium finished!!). Shout out to Tyne Skelton for the hige upset.
