A Bittersweet Goodbye 💔🌿

After a few tears, (okay maybe a lot of tears), the time has come for me to say goodbye to a job that has meant so much to me. I’m retiring.

This isn’t just the end of a job—it’s the closing of a chapter that has meant so much to me. The years here have been filled with meaning, purpose, laughter, growth, and the most incredible people I could have ever hoped to work alongside!

It’s hard to find the words to describe how much I’ll miss the daily rhythm, the shared goals, the small victories, and most of all—the people. You’ve become more than coworkers; you’ve become family.

I’m walking away with a full heart, countless memories, and deep gratitude for the privilege to have worked for Chip & Debbie Peterson. Though there is sadness in letting go, there’s also hope and excitement for what’s next—more time with those I love, quiet mornings, and maybe discovering new parts of myself.

Thank you—for everything. The ride was wonderful and the journey will stay with me always. 💖
