Father Patricio Alfredo Sánchez Molinari died after a large wooden crucifix fell on him while he led Mass in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on Saturday, October 17.

The service was streaming live when the cross fell from behind the altar. Churchgoers rushed to help, but he did not survive. What caused the cross to fall remains unclear.

Our condolences to his loved ones and congregation. 🙏🏽

Wrapped up the training week with some solid sparring sessions. 🥊

Got some quality rounds in, worked through the key details, and took away some valuable lessons. I’m feeling good and mentally ready for what’s ahead.

Now it’s time to recover before the next phase of training. We keep pushing toward our goal! 👊

Good morning. 🤍 Give yourself permission to get back to yourself. Life is about learning every day, growing through every challenge, and becoming someone you’re proud of. Sometimes the hardest seasons are the ones that teach you the most about who you are and what you truly want. Keep focusing on your dreams, keep working on yourself, and keep choosing happiness. People will always feel comfortable commenting on your body, your appearance, your insecurities, and the things they think you should change, but it’s important to remember that everyone has something within themselves they could be working on. Don’t let someone else’s projection distract you from your progress. You know what you’ve overcome. You know how far you’ve come. Keep becoming, keep healing, keep learning, and keep choosing you. The goal is to look up one day and realize you built the life you once dreamed about. 🤍
