Passionate about nature and public recreation, as well as protecting rural communities? How about ensuring that urban cities like Las Vegas get the proper infrastructure we deserve?
There is a new amendment (after being struck down in the US House) to the Senate Reconciliation Bill, or “One Big Beautiful Bill”, that would authorize the sale large areas of public lands in several Western states, especially Nevada. The Senate is expected to finalize its version of the bill by early July.

Nevada is like 90% desolate desert. It's not like they are selling off national or state parks. Government owned/public land is not all national or state parks. The government owns more land in Nevada than any other state and Nevada is like 80% government owned land? I'm not worried about some of it being sold.

It would piss me off so bad to try to explore the desert or our wildlife only for some Karen to pull and tell me “you’re on my land!”
