So I’m officially 28…. Which is kinda crazy to me. I never thought I’d make it this long. I say that every year but it still is very much something that haunts me, because it remains true every time.

I downplay my importance and struggle to feel connections with people enough so I can trust I’m genuinely a benefit in other’s lives. It’s an exhausting and lonely way to live and one I still struggle to battle because that little voice in the brain is so so loud, and so SO convincing.

This year has held no punches, from my car accident and trying to financially recover from it all, to constantly needed to fix the new car, to my birds and work, and I wonder how I can keep going with my head above these massive waves, but I have made some friends that have really made sure I couldn’t hide when things got rough. Always ready to support me and give me company when I am struggling, and it’s really nice. These few days off to celebrate my birthday, it was really nice, and I am really working hard to keep going strong and get better for the days and years ahead! Thank you my friends I love you!
