16 YEARS SOBER TODAY. 16 YEARS OF FIGHTING DEMONS, KEEPING MY WORD, AND STANDING ON PRINCIPLE. 🙏🏼💯 As much as I would love to wake up today and celebrate 16 years of sobriety, instead, I woke up to betrayal. Let me make something VERY clear. When I help someone, I expect NOTHING in return. No money. No favors. No recognition. No loyalty purchased through generosity. THAT is what SELFLESS SERVICE means. But don’t ever confuse my kindness with weakness, my generosity with stupidity, or my willingness to help with permission to betray me. I can forgive a lot of things. But I will NEVER compromise my integrity to accommodate dishonesty. Especially when it involves ME, my FAMILY, and the name I’ve spent my entire life building and defending. HECTOR BRAVO FERREL. That name means something to me. My word means something to me. My integrity is NOT negotiable. I keep telling you guys, there aren’t many REAL ONES left in this world. And there are even fewer hiding behind these social media screens. Some people preach loyalty until loyalty costs them something. Some preach integrity until telling the truth becomes inconvenient. 16 YEARS SOBER. STILL STANDING. STILL SELFLESS. STILL UNWILLING TO SELL MY SOUL OR MY PRINCIPLES. And despite what I woke up to today, nobody gets to steal what God helped me accomplish. OCTOBER 31, 2010 — OCTOBER 31, 2026. 16 years of sobriety. By the grace of GOD. 🙏🏼 BETRAYAL REVEALS CHARACTER. SOBRIETY BUILDS IT. #16YearsSober #SobrietyJourney #SelflessService

Three episodes. That was the original commitment. “Unless they decide to write more for your character…” Thankfully, they did. Today marks three years since my first appearance as Danny Morgan on @generalhospitalabc. Now I’m heading into year four, and I’m so grateful. Thank you, @markteschner and @fvalentinigh, for taking a chance on me. Thank you, @holly_gagnier, for coaching me and helping me grow. Thank you, @1steveburton, for working with me, teaching me, and helping me find my way as your son on screen. And thank you to all of the scene partners I’ve had the privilege of working with over the past three years. I’ve been lucky to work with so many incredible people in front of and behind the camera. Thank you for making me feel like part of the family and giving me so much to learn from. And to the GH fans, thank you for welcoming me and supporting Danny’s story. It means more than you know. Three episodes turned into three years. Can’t wait to see what year four brings. ❤️ #GeneralHospital #GH #GHFans #DannyMorgan #SoapOpera
