Proud of my friend Sam for sharing his struggles with anxiety and working toward a brighter future for his mental health. Performing at the highest level is a game of mental chess that can last for years. I’ve struggled with it my entire life and I think it’s important to share that the GOATS go through it too. We didn’t post this at the time although it is in the full episode, and personally it really pissed me off seeing ‘he needs a rest’ comments while knowing he was going through something a lot harder, and way more mental than physical. He’s a legend, always will be. A true GOAT

Double unboxing of two watches out of my XJ220 that basically sum up 3 of my biggest weaknesses: travel, anything blue, & perfectly engineered machinery married with design 🌍💙 The @frederiqueconstant Classic Worldtimer Manufacture is one of those watches that ticks all the boxes. The Worldtimer complication lets you read 24 time zones simultaneously, with day/night indication, and everything is controlled through a single crown. Inside is an in-house automatic Manufacture movement, developed and assembled in Geneva. And then there are the dials. From the lighter blue world map on leather to the darker navy version on bracelet, both slap. Blue has always been my colour, whether we’re talking watches or cars, and the world-map dial is particularly fitting considering how much of my life seems to be spent flying somewhere to drive or yap about them. ✈️🏎️ One of the most impressive things to me is the value proposition. Frederique Constant’s current Worldtimer range sits around the CHF 4,500–5,500 mark, giving you a genuine in-house Swiss Manufacture movement and a pretty serious complication for a price point where plenty of watches are still using comparatively straightforward movements. Aligns with what I love about cars: engineering, design, bang for buck and something a little different from the obvious choice. One tells you the time at home. These tell you where you should be driving next ✈️ 🌍💙🏁 #FrederiqueConstant #Worldtimer #Watches #SwissMade #WatchCollector
