idc if it’s fall, the summer rolls are staying 🙂‍↕️🌈 giant summer rolls loaded with crunchy veg, fresh herbs (don’t skip the mint!!!), and crrrrispy tofu schnitzel, all wrapped in juicy lettuce and rice paper. dunk that in creamy sesame miso sauce → tangy, sweet, salty, full of umami, with a kick of ginger, aaaand you’ll understand why this is one of my favorite bites ever. if you made my tofu schnitzel, this is your next move. if you ate it all already, understandable. full recipe in my bio 💌 . . . . #summerrolls #tofurecipes #healthydinner #veganrecipes #easyrecipes
