🚨🚨💣 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍: Real Madrid have DEMANDED that Javier Tebas RESIGNS from La Liga presidency. This is after he compared Real Madrid’s strategy with RMTV with the methods of N*zi Germany’s propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels.

▪️Real Madrid have released an official statement condemning LaLiga president Javier Tebas for comparing the club’s communication methods to those used by Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels.
The club describes his remarks as deeply offensive and incompatible with the neutrality expected of someone holding such important positions in Spanish football. Madrid also accuses Tebas of repeatedly attacking the club instead of helping clarify the Negreira case.
Real Madrid calls for a full investigation into FC Barcelona’s payments to the former vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees, as well as a major reform of Spain’s refereeing system.
The club ultimately demands Tebas’ immediate resignation as both LaLiga president and vice-president of the RFEF, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and integrity in Spanish football.

New to our season: RHINOCEROS by Eugène Ionesco, the first Broadway revival since its premiere in 1961.

Tatiana Maslany, Tony Shalhoub, and John Turturro lead the cast as small-town friends and colleagues who find themselves facing a world-shaking new movement. Previews begin April 7 at the Todd Haimes Theatre.

We have postponed our spring revival of THE FULL MONTY and will be replacing subscribers’ tickets with RHINOCEROS.

RF microneedling, at-home devices, how often to go, and whether it actually works. Let’s get into it.

I’m a big believer in microneedling when it’s done properly and for the right reasons. But there are some approaches I recommend and others I would personally avoid.

In this rapid-fire Q&A, I’m sharing my perspective on microneedling, what to look for in a provider, and why even the best professional treatments can’t replace what you’re doing for your skin every day.

A lot of people invest in treatments without fully understanding what they’re supposed to accomplish or how to get the most out of them. And I think that’s where education makes a real difference.

What’s your biggest question about microneedling? Drop it below and I’ll try to answer. 👇

A little honestly goes a long way. I’ve never kept what I’ve “ done” as secret and will and have shared with anyone that’s asked openly. I simply wanted to put it out there on @substack what I’ve chosen to do to help me feel good and why. As someone who’s living with 3 chronic illnesses ( PMOS, endometriosis, and HEDS) and had been on a wellness journey for 20+ years this is what’s working for me and why. And no it’s not a “ quick fix” or a “ bandaid” nor is it as simple as “ looking a certain way”. It’s about feeling better. Literally. Better quality of life for me. So here it is please head over and take a quick read.
