On Monday, June 23, hundreds gathered at Hart Plaza to claim the perfect viewing spot for one of the nation’s best fireworks shows over the Detroit River.

Despite the 90-degree heat, families, friends, and visitors of all ages came out to celebrate under the skyline and enjoy the dazzling display.
