Moldova ‘25 ✝️ 🇲🇩

Wow. I’m not even sure where to begin. This mission trip did so many things, not only for me but most importantly for Gods kingdom. The Lords power was on full display, whether it was preaching the gospel or just loving on the kids of Moldova.
To start, our mixed team of 9 Fellowship of Christian Athletes coaches and basketball players from various parts of the Midwest flew out to the small European country of Moldova. From June 13th-June 23rd, we put on a basketball camp for kids aged 8-18 years old while also giving our testimonies, working through Scripture, and preaching the gospel. We also did a little sight seeing (and some good food eating!) to go along with it.
It was an absolute blast and truly I wanted to stay longer. Even though we had language barrier (Romanian & Russian) the Lords working hand was so evident throughout our time in Moldova —> the super kind and loving people, our wonderful translators and leaders, breathtaking scenery, and most importantly 7 campers received Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior! Praise be to God!
