🎥 À l'occasion des 100 ans de l'US Endoume, Treize013 est allé sur le terrain, au Stade Francis Di Giovanni. Un siècle de football, de quartier et de fierté marseillaise ! 🔴⚫️

When I heard the recent SNL monologue, I had a LOT of thoughts. And a whole lot of rage. 😇

I go to the gym every day. I wear a sports bra and shorts. I am not a wh0re. I’m a mother of three beautiful children and a faithful wife to a man I love. I’m also a woman who deserves to exist in a gym without having her character reduced to what she’s wearing.

I go to the gym for ME. It’s the one thing I do for myself every single day. I move my body, lift heavy things, work through emotions, remind myself that I’m strong, and show my kids what it looks like to take care of yourself even when life is hard. I fill my own cup so I have more to pour into the people I love. And I know SO many women who do the same.

For so many of us, the gym is our escape. It’s our therapy and our hour to just be. Seeing women being called derogatory, misogynistic names for wearing clothes designed to sweat in, and watching men laugh along, is mind boggling and infuriating. And before you get too lazy to do critical thinking and call me “too sensitive,” ask yourself why we’ve become so desensitized to disrespecting women that this is considered “comedy”.

Women deserve to exist without being demeaned for what they wear or the choices they make for themselves. It’s not funny. It’s lazy comedy and loser behavior.

And you know what… I know damn well Shane isn’t spending much time in the gym, because his arms might look a liiiittle more like mine and all my badass gym girl friends if he were 🤷🏻‍♀️😘

I laughed, I cried, I yasssed. But in all seriousness, @anneliesevanderpol deserves the world. So funny, so vulnerable, so inspiring. And the voice omg. A beautiful tribute to her past, her struggles, her triumphs, her future. Someone I will always root for ❤️
