We are kicking off the rollout of 2025 Shincha with some teas and terms to expect to see this year!
One of our primary focuses is and will always be education.
Japanese green tea is an incredibly expansive world with many different styles, traditions, and brewing techniques. We're always learning more, and we strongly believe that knowledge and culture must be shared, not paywalled.
