Thanks to everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes! It was a perfect birthday because I got to spend it with my two parents! How lucky am I?

Brushing molten ash from his heavy collar, Destro checks his wrist. The S&L Omnidiver is scarred, its tactical bracelet scorched by the orbital shrapnel that would have sheared off his arm, but its mechanical heart beats on without missing a second. Destro grips his sidearm, gazing through the toxic haze. This desolate valley has become a nexus of global catastrophe. Every piece of telemetry crossing his comms paints a picture of complete tactical collapse.

To the east, the mountain has swallowed the Arashikage brothers. Destro’s heads-up display confirms that Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow are buried under a vertical mile of compressed glacial dark, entirely cut off. Just north, a localized EMP storm claims its own victims; a short-range transmission confirms Wild Weaselwas blasted out of the sky by Starscream’s cluster bombs, his legendary Timemaster lost somewhere in the freezing void below.

“Destro to Cobra Commander,” he growls into his localized transmitter, navigating the burning rubble. “The operation is compromised. Soundwave has already intercepted Bludd’s extraction transport. The data McCullen’s boys gathered is gone, and Bludd’s vehicle was completely atomized by Laserbeak’s assault.”

Before Cobra Island can answer, a subterranean tremor nearly knocks Destro from his boots. Beneath the glacial bedrock, the Autobot symbol found by a trapped Lowlight continues to pulse, its golden energy beginning to bleed through the fissures in the ice, responding blindly to the carnage above.
But the real nightmare is unfolding right in front of him.
At the epicenter of the mining facility, Dr. Mindbender’s legion of BAT’s is being stepped on like insects. Zartan & Dreadnoks are in a full, chaotic retreat, their chopper engines screaming over the roar of a new, impossible shadow.

The sky turns pitch black as Devastator blocks out the burning sun, a green-and-purple mountain of Cybertronian malice that levels a command bunker with a single sweep of his massive fist. Above the titan, Megatron stands triumphant, his fusion cannon humming with world-ending power as Starscream continues to circle like a vulture.

Federal policy has changed. State law hasn't. The ATF's October 9th announcement is a significant change for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs, but it does not override existing state or local restrictions. Some states prohibit certain NFA items outright, while others have laws requiring federal registration or compliance with the NFA.
