Ainda a Sentir o SAL 🇨🇻🔙🔙🏖️🌞 . #memories #september #caboverde #salisland🇨🇻
I was not going to share about this, but it’s a reminder to all of us: advocate for your health and get checked. Ask to be on the cancellation list (I got in earlier than expected!) and remember that especially as women, we deal with things that deserve our attention and it is not normal to ‘push through’ exhaustion or discomfort. Even though we are busy and have kids and a huge mental load and a million things to do all the time. I went for minor surgery yesterday for an issue I’d been having for a long time. Thank goodness I am fine, really, not a progressive or life-threatening thing but I had to advocate for this, and in our ‘free’ healthcare system, I waited almost 6 months for a day procedure that I should have gotten right away. I am SO appreciative to the care team at Sunnybrook who was nothing short of amazing, and I am also saddened about the state of our healthcare system, which is so stressed. I had an issue that caused me daily challenges I had to wait months for, because there was only minimal OR time allocated to this ‘non life threatening issue’ per month. Many, many women I know deal with the same thing and it’s super frustrating to have to wait. Anyway I’m grateful to be over this hump and I’m hoping my message resonates with anyone who sees this to remember that all the money in the world will not buy you your health, so please advocate for yourself and as always, take good care 🤍🤍🤍
What a fun and happy weekend I have had.. Yesterday at the Derby was brilliant catching up with lots of new and old friends followed by an after party for @donjuliotequila … I absolutely loved my dress and just felt so good it in… A big thank you to @khanhong for taking these fun photos that just sum up how happy and joyful I felt !! Today I am thankful for my sneakers and trackies….

You need your own copy of each game. Which port should it add next? Recompa by Joel (kalasyan). Ports by mamcjr, vaduur and Gabrick75. I fear I’ve become that person who finds something she loves and proceeds to buy it in every colour But hear me out... As a stylist, I love paying attention to the little details, even when it comes to something as simple as a T-shirt. The fabric, the fit, the neckline, how it sits and feels on the body. It all makes a difference. I’ve had my chocolate brown and oat tees for years and they’ve certainly earned their place in my wardrobe. So naturally, I thought we’d explore a few more colours. Purely for educational purposes, of course. And I think that’s something worth remembering when it comes to personal style. Once you start recognising the details you genuinely enjoy wearing, it becomes so much easier to know what to look for next time. If you’d like to take a closer look at any of the featured tees, Comment ‘LINK’ below and i’ll send them your way. https://liketk.it/6rhMR Some of the tees, i’ve purchased myself and some provided for demonstration @commonry necklace @gimmestore__ (Emelia10)
