Puddles, Paintings, Creatures - Single

Recorded, mixed , mastered by Brad Racine of Local Man Records. Cranked these songs out one day or two I believe. We produced this quickly. World War Z was on, Midnight Mass was on, and I forgot what else. But wow—needless to say.

Brad had some dope percussion ideas and I was drawing a lot from the Smith-style nylon/metal duo.

I wrote and recorded Creatures originally in 2017ish. You can find the OG on SoundCloud. But I wanted to revamp it and give it a kick. Brad brought the fire and blew my mind with the beat.

Album art by Joey Skonezny. He was in Laguna and shot this in 2017ish. I asked if I could use it as an album cover someday and he was cool with it.

Recording at Local Man Records is like chilling in the shade at the beach with a cooler full of sandwiches, chips, and soda. Brad brings the chillest vibes to any environment, but in the studio is where the magic can really be felt.

Wrote these as a response to the parking lots at nighttime in the High Desert. Gets really eerie around here.
