💫The universe fought so hard to have an error land in my launch copy because I fought so hard to have it the way I wanted/wrote it and designed it.
There are many who have seen and witnessed, and I am so blessed to have thee Mr Thompson at Inspirational Book Writers post a video expressing this in advance of the discovery.
If you have a paperback copy that has “My Dear Child” at the top of the very last page, you mean the world to me.
What this means is with tangible, visible, material proof, you helped my paperback copy of Nanay, Nanny, Mama, Yaya: The Separation that Connects Us All make it to # 1 Bestseller.
Nobody who bought the print copy 48 hours after launch has this copy… you are a special crew. I guess one could say you have a limited “edition”.
Coming your way is the revised paperback with this word fixed as in the original. (See the video on my fb re: proof copy to have the arc of the book explained.)
You will find not just my autograph but an individual, lengthy letter written at the back expressing my utmost thanks for making my book top of the charts in more than one country and in more than one category.
And I am especially excited at being able to hand you or mail you — as I so love connecting in person as well as affixing stamps and sealing envelopes and posting letters — these copies that will be delivered to you not direct from a printing facility nor warehouse but from my very own home. From my very own desk.
It’s like the last page of the story — “our words will keep us close”…
… I get the opportunity, through the journey of these words themselves, to do something that keeps us a little more together.
