“Don’t let your past hold you back from your future...” ❤️

It’s easy to dwell on what’s happened, wishing things had gone differently or letting past experiences shape how you see yourself today.

Dana White explains why he refuses to live that way, choosing to focus on what comes next rather than what’s already behind him.

You can learn from the past without letting it define you. What matters is how you move forward and whether you’re willing to keep getting better.

Are you letting your past hold you back from the person you could become?

I'm experimenting a little this autumn and after listening to a lot of 1970s music this year, I wanted to try an inspired autumn look with different patterns and textures 🤎 I usually stopped wearing florals as soon as autumn arrived but with the right shades and combinations, I'm officially convinced I need more pieces like this for the colder season too 🍂🥀🤎 #YourVintageSoul
