Back in Texas reflecting on my SD visit grateful to old friends and new ones at
@doublefivesanmarcos &
@alliancebjjsanmarcos didn’t get to train with
@royharris.sandiego this trip but I’m always grateful for his guidance down this path. All these years later if I can give any advice it’s this your safety in martial arts is your responsibility. In my opinion after purplebelt in BJJ you should be able to protect yourself enough that you can continue to train even compromised. Just keep your ego in check and remember what you were like in the beginning of your journey. & if you are unable to protect yourself enough after years of training and study maybe ask yourself why are you even training. Huge thanks again to
@hobotactical for the belt I’ll need a smaller size on your next run homie losing all the weight I’m going to have to cut and sew this one lol 🙏 also thanks to all the fam that made some time for me.
