What an amazing experience spending last weekend at the OCR European Championships in Portugal representing Team GB in the competative 45-49 age group for the short 3k course.

I am proud to say I have represented my country at a sport I love. A tecnical and challenging course in blistering heat I unfortunately did not keep my bands but I enjoyed the race and know what I need to work on.

Bring on the worlds in Sweden for the OCR World Championships where I get to do it all again 💪 #ocr #ptbarnracers #fitnessmotivation #fitover40 #motivation #strongnotskinny #obstacleracing #obstacleracer
