14th in my AG 30-34 at the OCR World Championships Standard Course 2025 🇸🇪

There were 38 athletes in my AG in which 37% finished with bands. Out of those that finished with bands I was the slowest by a few mins but the goal was to keep 1 band. I actually finished with 2 bands, meaning I only failed 1 obstacle out of 39! 😎

I’ve never kept bands at a euros or world champs competitive race before so this is a massive step up for me! For the first time racing I felt confident in my ability and attacked the obstacles! 💪

Proud of myself and great to see all the training has paid off. Couldn’t have done it without Scotty’s @theptbarn coaching, thank you! 👊

Thank you to all that wished me luck pre race, cheered for me during the race, got videos and have messaged post race 🫶

Also, a big thank you to my A team support crew this weekend, Harrison and @angieocrb1980 🥰

Dragback and bungees🤘

This was a fun set up! Especially tough after a 2 hour session of drilling skills 💪

Thanks for a great group session Scotty @theptbarn . Along with @angieocrb1980 @weronikabdk and @pocketninjaocr 😊

My Spartan weekend looked a little different to the original plan. But I loved every minute of it. I love racing but I also love being able to support OCR friends and teamies 🙌

The OCR community is pretty great and I’m lucky to be a part of it. So good to see everyone throughout Sunday, on and off course 😎

No doubt I’ll be back on a @spartanraceuk start line next year 💪

The P.T Barn 3k race 👊 @theptbarn

It was good to be on a start line again!

9/18 overall women. Super pleased with this considering it was my first proper race back post hip recovery 💪

Aim was to keep all my bands and get on obstacles quickly ✅

Always good to see OCR friends and to see so many teamies 💚

Training last weekend 💚

Feeling good on obstacles. Fitness and running not so much but we building it back whilst managing my hip 🏃‍♀️

It’s certainly good to be back on a full training plan and excited to take part in the @theptbarn 3k race this Sunday! Sign up closes tonight at 22:00 so don’t forget to book on if you plan to go! 💪

Thanks for the videos @angieocrb1980 🎥
