14th in my AG 30-34 at the OCR World Championships Standard Course 2025 🇸🇪

There were 38 athletes in my AG in which 37% finished with bands. Out of those that finished with bands I was the slowest by a few mins but the goal was to keep 1 band. I actually finished with 2 bands, meaning I only failed 1 obstacle out of 39! 😎

I’ve never kept bands at a euros or world champs competitive race before so this is a massive step up for me! For the first time racing I felt confident in my ability and attacked the obstacles! 💪

Proud of myself and great to see all the training has paid off. Couldn’t have done it without Scotty’s @theptbarn coaching, thank you! 👊

Thank you to all that wished me luck pre race, cheered for me during the race, got videos and have messaged post race 🫶
