One moment I think I don't need any help and the next I'm by myself in a dusty mid-reno house standing on unfinished cabinets with my phone propped up on a stack of boxes on the other side of the room trying to figure out the perfect height for the kitchen sink light because I need to let the electrician know where to cut the pendant cord and sure I could just guess the height but it'll probably be way too high or way too low and that's what lazy flippers do.....and that's pretty much the opposite of what we're going for here.
