Not too many things on my list but visiting Modena and experiencing the @massimobottura masterpiece that is @restaurant_osteria_francescana has been on the list for many many years.
The most incredible dining experience ever - from making the reservation to being escorted to the taxi upon leaving. The attention to detail, the intentionality of each and every touch point, the beauty and serenity of the space, the absolutely decadent food - dish after dish and bite after bite, all just truly remarkable.
Grateful to have been blessed with the experience and the most amazing friends to enjoy it with. And even a special guest dragonfly appearance (IYKYK 🕊️) 🤍
Truly unforgettable.
