I have some exciting news !! My app @liftit.app is about to transform into something totally NEW 🤩

All my existing programs are staying...

But inside the Lift Engine app - you’ll soon have endless programs available, using all my training methods, and the ability to fully customise them around YOU 🫶

Just tell the app your goals, experience, schedule and equipment...

Then it plans all your workouts and adjusts them every week, with progressive overload built in and changes built it to reach your goals 🏆

We’re in the final stages of rolling this out but I couldn’t help but give you a little sneak peek as to what’s to come and what we’ve been working on !!

Stay tuned. More updates coming soon 🙊

Any question? Drop a comment and I’ll answer.
