i know i’m a little late to post, and i do not have all the pictures i wanted to post but i just wanted to make this post and explain a little of church camp. This church camp was the first ever church camp i’ve ever been too, and before going i was questioning if i should or if i shouldn’t but on the night before i was supposed to leave. i was up til 8am that night and i made the final decision that i was going to go cause i had a feeling. Just to make this not too long, the first and second day i was feeling horrible and just holding onto so many things i needed to just let go of and didn’t feel like i had any peace with anything and every time id pray god to take it away, i didn’t feel better. On the second night during worship, i broke down and i had felt the lord actually talking to me and i knew what i had to do, and that was to let go of everything and give everything to him and put everything into his hands. The next morning i had read my bible and i just knew that he was talking to me and every time that day and every other day i had started feeling like the first two days, all id do was pray to him and id feel so much better. Before this camp i had grown up always going to church and i had worshipped and prayed my whole life and have gotten baptized, but i just needed to give everything to him so i can actually know him and feel him and be with him and live in peace. I wish i could talk about everything he did to me at this camp but i just know that it was one the best decisions ive made. I encourage everyone to take their step into faith because it’s the best decision you can ever make. I want to just thank GOD for everything he’s done and for all the people i met and the opportunities and just meeting me at this camp and all the things he did, and giving me to opportunity to not only learn more about him but teach other people about him and also just giving me the gift of baptizing a kid that i had just met at the camp and become close with @breckennsamss ✝️
