Everything we do at Prime is individualized for the athlete⬇️
As Jackson’s been feeling himself pull off the ball at the plate, we spent some time in the gym correcting some of what’s causing those issues. Sometimes adjustments take weeks or longer to set in; sometimes the athletes able to translate them that day. Ultimately our job is to bridge the gap between their 🧠 and 💪🏽, to force FEELINGS for adaptation. Couple that with actually understanding energy transfer, and how to give the athlete full access to their system, and watch the skill side of their game flourish.
