This is a STRONG take coming from Hans Brolo… I remember when we (Team Orange) ran a campaign for Cara to be team captain. We literally posted flyers around the house and even made lowkey deals for safety. Was Cara right about my team trying to distance themselves from me! Yes. Was she wrong to assume I thru the eating for her because of a “look”!? Yes. Did we give each other pep talks throughout the season when our head wasn’t in the game!? Absolutely. Did she get sent into last elimination!? No. Is she in the final!? Why are we acting like I sent her home!? FOH Does CT have Cara’s back!?
When you bet on yourself, stop comparing your journey to others, and commit to becoming the best version of YOU, it’s hard to lose. 💪🏽🔥 Every transformation you see here tells a different story. Different starting points, different challenges, different timelines, but one thing they all have in common is the decision to KEEP SHOWING UP. Some people progress faster. Others take a little longer. But progress is progress, regardless of how long it takes. The goal isn’t to move faster than the person next to you. It’s to keep moving forward and become better than the person you were yesterday. And remember, the real transformation isn’t just about how you look. It’s about the habits, discipline, confidence, and lifestyle you build along the way. Stop comparing. Start committing. Trust the process. Your time will come! 📲 If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally make a lifestyle change that LASTS, comment “COACH” below and let’s get to work!
Some things in life you simply cannot prepare your heart for. 💔 Just days ago, we were on set in Atlanta, bringing yet another story to life. Never imagining those moments would become memories we’d have to hold on to so soon. Beyond your undeniable talent and dedication to your craft, what will always stand out to me is the beautiful spirit you carried. Always so incredibly kind, never a negative word about anyone or anything, never a complaint. Just a genuine smile, a joyous heart, and a warmth that made everyone around you feel welcome. Regardless of what you may have been facing in your own life, you never allowed it to overshadow the kindness you extended to others, and that speaks volumes about the man you were. You built a body of work and a legacy deserving of recognition and celebration. It’s heartbreaking knowing there were still so many stories left to tell, dreams to fulfill, and flowers you deserved to receive while you were here. My prayer is that your name continues to be spoken, your work celebrated, and your kindness remembered. To your family and loved ones, my deepest prayers and condolences. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and most importantly, the example you set simply by being a genuinely good human being. Your presence was a gift. Your kindness was your character. Your work is your legacy. 🙏🏼 Job well done, Hakeem. Rest peacefully 🕊️🤍
@ethnikiomada 🤍💙
