omg guys…this deserved its own post. one month (about 50 hours) later…i finished the biggest crochet project i’ve ever done and i’m so so so proud😭 this pattern is by the wonderful Janie Crow and its absolutely gorgeous. enjoy the progress photos ft criminal minds, the bear, and love island🩷 and, thank you to my dear boyfriend for buying me the yarn and pattern for my birthday 🥺

Sometimes, the most painful relationship isn't the one where someone leaves you. It's the one where they stay but slowly make you feel unwanted. 💔 One of the hardest truths about relationships is that someone's presence doesn't always mean they are emotionally present. They may sleep beside you, share a home with you, eat the food you prepare, and remain part of your everyday life. But emotionally, you may feel completely alone. But here's something important to remember: You are not asking for too much when you ask for basic kindness, respect, and emotional connection. Sometimes, what makes a relationship difficult to leave is not the happiness you experience every day, but the occasional moments that remind you of how beautiful things used to be. A little affection, one peaceful conversation, or one good day can make you forget months of emotional distance. You keep waiting for the person you fell in love with, hoping that version of them will return and stay. But love should not feel like constantly waiting for someone to treat you well.
