Sometimes the biggest sign your child is being yelled at too much is what they do before you even yell. They say, “I’m sorry” before you’re even upset. They ask, “Are you mad at me?” They panic over small mistakes. They watch your face when they think they did something wrong. They get really quiet the second your tone changes. Because children are incredible pattern detectors. When the same emotional sequence happens enough times, they start recognizing what comes next. Your face changes. Your voice changes. You explode. Eventually, they don’t need the explosion to react. They recognize the beginning. And if that hurts to read… It’s probably because you’ve seen it in your own child. The hardest part about yelling isn’t always those 30 seconds when you lose it. It’s what happens after. When the house gets quiet. When you replay the moment in your head. When you remember the look on their face. And wonder: “Is this how my child is going to remember me?” Most parents who yell aren’t bad parents. They wake up wanting to do better. But wanting to do better and knowing how to do better are not the same thing. If guilt worked, you would’ve stopped by now. If trying harder worked, you would’ve stopped by now. You don’t need more guilt. You need skills. That’s exactly why I created ADHD At Home. 💬 Comment CALM and I’ll send you the link to the course that’s helped over 45,000 parents stop yelling and feel more emotionally in control. #AngerManagement #StopYelling #CalmParenting #ParentingHelp #ADHDparenting #ADHDkids #ADHDmom #neurodivergent #ADHDawareness #sensoryprocessing #ADHDfamily #kidsmentalhealth #ADHDsupport #raisingadhdkids #tips #parentingtips #ADHDParents #ParentingADHD #PositiveParenting #ChildDevelopment #EmotionalRegulation #ParentingSupport #ADHDStrategies #ParentChildConnectio
🚨💣 Lisandro Martínez is unhappy with Manchester United’s 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and believes the club need to focus more on winning trophies. ⚠️ “We need 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, we need to talk more about 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 the Champions League and the Premier League”. 🏆💢 “I just expect more. I will not close my mouth”. 🤬

Two leaders, two countries, and a unique connection through their highest civilian honours. 🇮🇳🇵🇰 Former Indian Prime Minister Morarji Desai received Pakistan’s Nishan-e-Pakistan in 1990, while freedom fighter Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan received India’s Bharat Ratna in 1987. 🏅 Their recognition remains a remarkable chapter in the shared history of India and Pakistan, showing how respect can cross national borders!✨ #sarcasm #india #pakistan #viral #rivals
