Last week I was invited to discover Norton Grounds which is a private family run Cotswold estate & just the most perfect destination for those seeking a tranquil escape. Set in the most beautiful surroundings, Norton Grounds is a place to step away from the everyday and make time for yourself. I truly switched off, slowed down and immersed myself in their Wednesday Wellness program where I was treated to the most beautiful sound therapy with @caroleloveenergyworker & gentle yoga with Barney. The @thesteamypheasant_saunas were also on hand with their cold plunge & sauna for those that wanted it. Norton Grounds also offer retreats and day workshops (check out their website) & Retreat Leaders can hire the space to host their own events and experiences. And, if you fancy staying a little longer, like me, there are the most beautiful self catering holiday cottages/barns which are perfect for a relaxing Cotswold getaway. Oh, and it’s also the most gorgeous wedding venue… one I’m definitely keeping in mind for the future! So, if you love The Cotswolds, need a little reset, some tranquility, or even a base to explore the region further I definitely recommend it! #thecotswolds #resetandrecharge #cotswoldlife #wellbeingwednesday #healthandwellnessjourney

For the first year in about a decade, I unfortunately don’t have a costume for Halloween 😭 I’m devastated to disappoint those who were waiting to see what was next but we all knew I’d hit my peak with Top Gun 😅 It’s an unfortunate case of “we’ve been too busy” also there’s really like nowhere to go for halloween in Tokyo anymore? Ever since someone flipped a truck in Shibuya the government has been locking it down more and more each year 🥲 Such a shame to see such a fun night in Tokyo go to waste. Anyway, here are some of my favourite Halloween costumes over the past few years - well these are the costumes that I have videos of at least 😆 back in my days we took boomerangs and photos instead 👵🏼 I hope everyone is having a fun night, wherever you are! Happy Halloween! #tokyo #japan #osaka #halloween #halloweencostumes

It's time! 3 months of work on the mask, all for one night. It's going to be at rager partying as Matt Damon! So glad to have finished this Matt Damon mask in time for Halloween but I'm going to be making more improvements throughout the year! #mattdamon #halloween #odyssey #freddyprops #viral
