An Ironman hands out plot twists like race gels. Yesterday, I held tight to the one reason to keep me going — until we crossed that finish line.

Huge respect and love to everyone racing, especially all my friends, who put in months of work to toe the start line and gave it their all. This beautiful, brutal sport is equal parts grit and gamble.

Massive thanks to my coach Eric, my family, and my friends — and to the absolute maniacs who traveled just to scream their lungs out for hours, only to catch a 10-second glimpse of me. You didn’t just cheer, you endured!

Much to respond to (thanks for your patience while I find my bearings), and more details to follow. For now — a few highlights from swim/bike/run and a slice of that delicious finish line…

For this Ironman, powered by two homes and one relentless heart 🇵🇰 ❤️‍🔥 🇨🇦
