Went thru my archives and pulled together 15+ fall and winter outfit ideas featuring trench coats, leather jackets, suede jackets, parkas, and faux fur collar jackets I’ve worn over and over again. Comment ‘coat’ and I’ll send u all the links! Let me know what other links you’d like! Love a high funnel neck trench! This one has a drop waist This fur collar parka sold out immediately after I posted! They just restocked! Also found similar for much less $$$ She’s also been restocked! My fav suede fringe jacket! Love love love the color Her too! She’s been restocked! She’s one of my coziest warm parkas! Never met a fringe jacket I didn’t like One of my favorite leather jackets from the past year. This is from couple of years ago but still love an easy trench look esp. mixed with red My fav jacket from @rohe_frames Hermès and the comfiest and flattering @amiyaco knit pants Surprisingly very affordable!

If you buy Cadburys you’re paying a premium price for the brand name, not for the quality of the chocolate. Good quality milk chocolate should be made with cocoa butter and milk and not palm oil, and should have minimum 30% cocoa solids! Unfortunately Cadbury’s maximise profits by using really cheap ingredients like palm oil and low cocoa solids 👎 I think it’s very sad that Cadbury’s is not the same quality that it used to be… once Mondelez International bought the company they’ve been putting profit over people by using palm oil and lower cocoa solids. I found a really good swap in Sainsbury’s with their own-brand milk chocolate! £11.50 per kilo as opposed to £20 per kilo of Cadburys!! 😱 And it contains 31% cocoa solids and No palm oil! It’s made with cocoa butter and cocoa, the way chocolate’s meant to be made. Cheaper AND better quality. A definite clever swap 🙌 This is why I keep saying it, more expensive doesn’t mean better. Turn the pack around and read the back to make a fully informed choice of what you’re spending your money on. Have you tried this chocolate? 🍫 #sophiesswaps #cleverswaps #chocolate
A woman’s role is not defined by a kitchen, and a man’s responsibility doesn’t end with earning. 💯 Cooking, cleaning, and taking care of yourself are **life skills, not gender roles.** 👏 #GenderEquality #LifeSkills #BreakTheStereotypes
