How cool is this?! 😮👻 The all new @spinnakerwatches Fleuss 40 Automatic – seconde/seconde/ 2026 Limited Edition! ⌚️ Featuring 50 hidden phantoms lurking beneath the white dial, this watch keeps its secrets well hidden… until you hit it with the UV torch! 🔦 The reveal is seriously cool and makes this one of the most creative lume watches I’ve ever seen! I’ve been a big fan of Spinnaker for years, and they continue to deliver seriously good value with some of the most fun and imaginative designs out there. The package is just as impressive, including two extra straps, a mini UV torch and a glass display box. A clean, understated watch by day… a phantom party by night! 💀 Thoughts?

Accidental bowel leakage in midlife women is something we need to talk about.

Also called fecal incontinence, it can affect more than your underwear. It can affect your social life, your confidence, and how comfortable you feel leaving home.

Then embarrassment can make it difficult to bring up the very symptom you need help with.

On unPAUSED, gastroenterologist Dr. Trisha Pasricha (@trishapasrichamd) and I talk openly about bowel leakage and why women shouldn’t feel ashamed to discuss it with their doctor.

You don’t need to find the perfect words. “I’m having bowel leakage” is enough to start the conversation.
