As we welcomed a new member into our family, our first baby became a big sister🥹 My labor took longer than we expected, and Sutan waited patiently at home with my friend, trying so hard to hold back her tears. She was so brave. Throughout my pregnancy, there were so many things I physically couldn’t do, and Sutan had to grow up in little ways, too. I never knew how much joy and love I would feel watching my firstborn grow. She’s the one who made me a mom, and every stage of her life is a first for me, too. It’s a feeling I had never experienced before❤️ Now she’s learning to balance the excitement of having a baby sister with a little bit of jealousy as she realizes she no longer has all of our attention to herself. We’re all learning and growing together as a family of four. My first baby, you’ll always be our first baby❤️ #KimonoMom #FamilyOfFour #FirstMeet
