Comment CORE and I’ll send you 25% OFF MLAM Full Body, Core, & Pelvic Floor – Showdown Edition! We’re just getting started this week & price goes up TOMORROW at 1p CT 👏🔥 What I LOVE about these movements 👇 First – your pelvis is elevated on the foam roller (under the SACRUM not low back) which adds an element of stability… but also takes pressure OFF the pelvic floor. So instead of everything bearing down, we’re encouraging pressure to move UP and be managed better 👏 Second – that block between the knees?? Don’t skip it 😅 That’s helping get adductors on board, which helps bring more of your deep core online 👏 With both stability + the block – think TVA + internal obliques all working together… that’s the goal! So when I say “deep core”… this is what I mean. We’re not isolating one thing…we’re getting the SYSTEM working as a unit. ✨ better pressure management ✨ more stability ✨ deeper core recruitment ✨ pelvic mobility + control (by initiating from the pelvis while staying stable) This is where the magic happens!! These types of variations are GOLD for building connection in ways most people haven’t tapped into yet 👏 Save this, try it out, and feel the difference. And if you want more of this – where we think outside the box, build connection, and actually understand our bodies… Comment CORE and I’ll send you the link 🤍 Last chance for 25% OFF and there are BIG prizes involved – $101,000+ BIG 👀 and you get lifetime access, so you can always come back to it. Come join thousands of women learning to move and connect better. I’d be honored to have you! Let’s freaking goooo🔥👏 Purchase required. 18+. Void in Maryland, Canada, and where prohibited. See Official Rules at solin.stream/rules. #postpartum #deepcore #pelvicfloor #fyp #viral
