Praha.. A city has my heart Since 2003, full of memories The first visit, I was an art student The city of puppets The city of puppet makers It is heartbreaking how we lose the heritage in the hands of capitalism. Less colorful without the puppets but has more tourists now. I remember we used to sit on the streets, talking, drawing..was so clean I remember how we used to spend hours in the puppet shops trying to choose the one between hundreds.. The city of handcraft.. full of nice cafes and restaurants now with good food. Prag This time we add another special memory in our history 23 years, more than 20 visits for me.. and still I am walking around the city holding my heart in my hands.. Prague The city has my heart🤍 🎈

If you told 2016 Cassie, who had just quit her job at GoodLife to start her own business, that 10 years later she’d see ALL DAY FIT across a building in downtown Toronto… would she believe you? Honestly? Yeah. I think she would. That being said, All Day Fit has become more special than I could have imagined. I didn’t know I’d sign a 10-year commercial lease, build a gym from the ground up, or create a space hundreds of people would call their training home. But I knew I wanted to change the way people experience fitness. How they feel about their bodies, their health, and what they’re capable of. I wanted coaching to be personal, education to matter, relationships to come first, and people to feel like they belong. The last decade has been full of risks, long days, hard conversations, doubt, and more learning curves than I can count. From GoodLife, to St. Andrew’s Park, the top floor of Cali Love and lululemon, Cardio Go, Training Lane… and now, OFFICIALLY OUR OWN SPACE. Each space, each coach who joined us, and each person who trusted us with their health helped shape All Day Fit. For 9 years, we built a business, a reputation, a team, and a community without ever having our name on a building. Now, in year 10, that name is across the windows of our very own space in downtown Toronto. 🥹 It’s surreal because none of this happened overnight. It happened one client, one session, one relationship, and one leap of faith at a time. And while having our own space is a HUGE milestone, the thing I’m most proud of isn’t the building. It’s what we built that made the building possible. The people. The relationships. The standard of coaching. The genuine care for one another. To everyone who’s been part of this journey, whether you trained with us in a park 10 years ago or just walked through our doors, THANK YOU. We built something worth putting our name on long before we had a building to put it on. 💗💚
What if the monsters hiding under a child’s bed discovered that the scariest thing in her life was happening outside her bedroom? AI filmmaker @simonmeyer_director and @promptrstudios created a powerful 3-minute short film that interviews three childhood monsters who have spent years frightening a little girl named Mila. But when she suddenly stops being afraid of them, they decide to find out why. What they discover turns the entire story around, revealing the devastating impact domestic violence can have on children. Created with Kling AI 4.0 in association with @nomore, the film shows how AI filmmaking can be used to tell meaningful stories and raise awareness about serious issues. According to UNICEF, one in four children worldwide lives with a mother who has experienced intimate partner violence in the past year. If you or someone you know needs support, visit nomoredirectory.org to find help in your country.
