✨3 phases of weight loss:

1) 12-15# down with 7 months of “doing all the right things” (late March - late Oct 2025).

2) 12-15# with a GLP1 (late Oct 2025 - early Jan 2026) and lost basically only muscle... 👀

3) 36# DOWN without a GLP-1 ... Plus the GLOW UP of my life + total body recomposition with muscle and strength. (Jan - July 2026)

✨FRIENDS.... Read these stories (shared from my insta page)....

... this is the only “before and after” I’ve posted because honestly the “before” makes me INCREDIBLY emotional.

It was such a dark, hard season of my life. 😭

... Not only was I incredibly overweight...
... I was struggling SO HARD with mental health stuff...
... marriage stuff
... chronic-sick-kid stuff
... not sleeping through the night hardly ever...
... insulin resistance
... lost my identity entirely

🔥AND IN THIS before PIC I was working out EVERYDAY, cold plunging, taking $1000 worth of supplements a month...

The toll this level of stress takes on your body as a woman is W-I-L-D.

Tonight I’m sharing THE WHOLE STORY.... including stuff I haven’t ever shared publicly. Like “all the life updates”....

If you’d like an invite, comment STORY below and we’ll get you the link!

Can’t wait to see you there.

XO,
J 💙

Coming home doesn’t mean the day is over! 🥹 Between work, household chores and taking care of Bruno 🐶, me-time can easily take a backseat. So, I’m making a little time for myself with @yesmadam_official Swedish Massage. Because taking care of myself deserves a spot on my to-do list, too! 💆🏻‍♀️✨

When my mother was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (#IPF) – the most common form of interstitial lung disease (#ILD) – I happily stepped into the role of caregiver.

This #NationalFamilyCaregiversMonth, I’m remembering how my mother impacted me during that time and how she embraced a life beyond the scars of IPF.

I made a promise to her that I would continue to raise awareness about IPF, and I will continue to
keep that promise.

Now she’s telling me to actually date someone.

This is the ultimate storytelling hack for educational content.

It’s called The Double Tap.

All the best creators do this, and if you can learn to do it too, you will get way more views.

When you’re explaining a new concept, the reason people swipe away is because they get confused.

You said something they didn’t understand and so it’s just impossible for them to keep following along.

So here’s the hack…whenever you explain something new or complex, use the Double Tap method.

You say the most important things two times.

The first time, is a super concise description with any names, jargon, or specific words that make sense to the experts in the field.

But then you add a repeater.

You say the same thing, a second time, but this time it’s in 3rd grade English or with a super simple metaphor that anyone could understand.

If you do this, comprehension will go way up and people will keep watching for a lot longer.

For example, let’s say I was trying to explain how the Instagram algorithm works.

I might say something like…

The algorithm is designed using audience matching to feed topics to interested viewers.

Think of it like a matchmaker that connects people to the stuff they want to watch.

The combination of those two sentences make it very easy to understand…no matter how much knew before.

And this will massively improve the retention in your videos.

If you really wanna master storytelling…

I put together a doc explaining my 8 short-form storytelling principles.

This is number 4, but there are 7 others that make up the full storytelling picture.

You could just take this doc and feed it into your AI workflow and you’ll be 10x better at storytelling.

Comment DOUBLE and I’ll send it through.
