24 hours in Stockholm with @sweedbeauty 🩵 | *Anzeige The most beautiful autumn weather, breathtaking scenery, and the warmest people. This trip was truly something special! Getting a glimpse behind the scenes made me appreciate even more how much love, passion, and attention to detail goes into every single product. And you can truly feel that in the quality. So grateful for this unforgettable experience! Thank u for having me
UPDATE: DNF in Kona. My day started with a solid swim in the first pack, putting me exactly where I wanted to be for my last dance on the island. But as soon as I hit the Queen K, my muscles started tightening up. Despite backing off the power and taking in plenty of fluids, the cramps kept getting worse. By the time I reached Hawi, I had to face the reality that running a marathon in that condition simply wasn’t possible. So I made the incredibly tough decision to call it a day. This is not how I wanted my final Kona race to end. But sometimes, sport has other plans. Right now, it hurts. I need some time to process this one. Mahalo to everyone who supported me throughout this journey and made this final race week on the island so special. ❤️🌺

Giant Fat Loss Veggie Egg Bake 🥦🍳 225 calories | 26g protein | 14g carbs | 7g fat ㅤ INGREDIENTS (4 serves) -250g broccoli, chopped -150g red bell pepper, chopped -150g yellow onion, chopped -500ml egg whites -2 whole eggs -150g low-fat cottage cheese -30g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated -1/2 tsp garlic powder -dash salt ;) -Black pepper ㅤ TOPPINGS -Green onion, chives, chilli flakes -I topped mine with Greek yogurt and salsa 🤩 ㅤ METHOD 1. Heat oven to 425°F. Dump the chopped broccoli, onion and red pepper on a pan. Quick spray of oil, salt, and bake until golden (15ish min). 2. While that's cooking, blend egg whites, eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, salt + pepper until smooth. 3. Reduce oven to 350°F. 4. Grease an 8x8 baking dish (light spray). Add roasted veggies and pour egg mixture over top. 5. Sprinkle Parmigiano on top. 6. Bake 30-40 min, until the centre is just set. Top will be golden. 7. Rest 5-10 minutes and cut into 4 massive pieces. ㅤ Store in the fridge up to 4 days, or freeze. Reheat in the oven at 350°F, covered, for 10-15 min. ㅤ ENJOY!!
