Sometimes we just have to take a moment and appreciate the fact that we’re taking little bold steps. 💫
Posting this here because this is one memory I want to hold on to for a long time.
If you’ve ever asked me what career path I wish to pursue, and I’ve never mentioned “the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”, then we’ve not properly had that conversation.
Sometime in June, Nigeria hosted the West Africa Economic Summit for the first time in Nigeria, and guess what? I was privileged to be an attendee.
To be very honest, if Africa ever becomes truly UNITED, we’ll eventually catch up with all forms of development. But Africa being UNITED starts with us having a sense of unity in our home country, and being driven by shared goals.
I must say, it was a great event, and totally worth every single process.
