January feels like it was just yesterday, and somehow we're already in November!

Remember when we entered 2026 with fresh resolutions, big dreams, ambitious plans, and the confidence that this was finally going to be *our year*? Well, life clearly had a few unexpected plot twists waiting for us. 💀

From January to November, the year has been a rollercoaster of unexpected surprises, random chaos, unforgettable memories, questionable decisions, and moments that genuinely made us wonder what was happening. One minute we were celebrating the New Year, and the next we're wondering how only two months are left before 2027 arrives.

The funniest part? Some of us are still mentally processing things that happened back in February, while the calendar has already decided it's time to start thinking about Christmas and New Year's Eve.

At this point, 2026 doesn't even feel like a normal year. It feels like 10 different seasons of a Netflix series packed into 11 months, with new characters, unexpected twists, and absolutely no time to catch up.

And somehow, despite everything, here we are, making it through another month and pretending we've got it all figured out.

Be honest, does anyone else feel like January was just a few weeks ago, or is time moving suspiciously fast this year?

My wild soul in its natural habitat 🐆

It’s finally here! Lucy Tonkin Fit online coaching is officially OPEN. 🤩

I grew up sporty and have always loved fitness, but when it came to training and nutrition, I felt completely lost. I only trained lower body, missed days, wasn’t eating enough to fuel myself, and ran way too hard every run until I convinced myself I just wasn’t a runner. Training felt like a chore, and I couldn’t work out why I wasn’t seeing results.

Then I learnt to move explosively, train each body part in different ways, and why recovery matters. I fell in love with conditioning and running, and once I started training myself, I built a routine I look forward to every week. I’m running the best I ever have, and the gym never feels like a chore.
Now I want to share it with girls who feel the way I used to.

I want to preface, this isn’t just for athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to push themselves, build a powerful body, and feel strong in every area of life.

What’s included:
⚡️ Personalised training programs
⚡️ Nutrition plan & macro tracking
⚡️ Weekly check-ins & progress reviews
⚡️ Progress tracking & adjustments
⚡️ Ongoing 1:1 support & accountability
⚡️ Exercise tutorials so you know exactly what you’re doing
