متطوعو مركز ليلك يرسخون مبادئ العمل التطوعي ومفهوم "العونة"
نظّم متطوعو مركز ليلك لقاءً شارك فيه 35 شاباً وشابة من فريق المؤسسة، بحضور المدير التنفيذي وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة. تخلل اللقاء جلسة عصف ذهني هدفت إلى تبادل الأفكار وإعادة تنظيم الجهود التطوعية، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة مبادرات وأنشطة ثقافية تساهم في تطوير الأفراد وتعزيز دورهم في خدمة المجتمع. سلّط المشاركون الضوء على أهمية الفعاليات الثقافية والتوعوية في بناء مجتمع واعٍ ومتماسك، كما جرى التأكيد على مفهوم "العونة" كقيمة أصيلة في ثقافتنا، تعزز روح التعاون والتكافل بين الأفراد.

Laylac Center Volunteers Reinforce the Principles of Volunteering and the Concept of "Al-Ouna"
Volunteers from Laylac Center organized a meeting attended by 35 young men and women from the organization’s team, in the presence of the Executive Director and members of the Board of Directors. The meeting included a brainstorming session aimed at exchanging ideas and reorganizing volunteer efforts, in addition to discussing cultural initiatives and activities that contribute to personal development and strengthen individuals’ roles in serving the community.
Participants highlighted the importance of cultural and awareness activities in building a conscious and cohesive society. The concept of "Al-Ouna"—a traditional value in our culture that fosters solidarity and cooperation—was also emphasized.
