Before we ever met, we were praying for the same thing. We only worked it out months later. On New Year’s morning I swam out into the ocean at dawn, told God I was ready and asked Him to bring me the right person. In another city, Andy walked into a church and had done the same. So it was always going to be His house. Faith sits at the centre of both our families, and I wanted to make my promises under those pale stone domes above the Bay of Jounieh, in front of gilded icons that have heard a lot of prayers before ours. My dress is Zuhair Murad. I wanted something that could hold its own under a Byzantine dome. Andy is in Dolce & Gabbana. Our story is in Vogue Australia. Full gallery, link in bio. Had a great time sitting down with Bill Maher on Real Time to talk about One Helluva Ride. He couldn’t put the book down once he started though I’m still cracking up over his version of the opening line! Check out the book and grab your copy by clicking the link in my bio!
I cut my hair extensions out and removed my eyelash extensions myself, I had enough of the time, the appointments, the money, and honestly this sense of trying to keep up with every girl, every beauty trick out there- part of my healing journey has been being more authentic and true to myself. Loving myself and shedding these extra layers I was hiding behind. But, let’s be honest I still care about my appearance and want to enhance my natural beauty as much as I can, age gracefully, and feel good. I had to go through the phase of feeling like I had no hair and no lashes for awhile but I got through it- and now both my hair and my lashes are healthier than they have been since I was in my 20’s. This liquid collagen peptide supplements has helped me get there!! What I did the first month was double up- I took double the dosage morning and night, to give me that boost. So I would buy 2 bottles!! After that you can go to one bottle a month. This one is different from any other collagen out there because it is enhanced with Spermadine, Hyaluronic Acid, MCT Oil, and types 1 & 2 Collagen. The science behind it, efficacy reports, and labs back it all up. I pair it with our Glutathione supplement and believe it’s the fountain of youth!! 💫✨ I’m posting in my stories all about it, I’ll continue to share my hair growth and skin journey with you so follow along and ask any questions below!! I’ll send you a link directly or make you a cart if you’d like just leave a comment!! Otherwise click the link to shop!! I’ll link in my bio also!! 🫶 I’ll help you get the hair, weight loss, and skin you want by Christmas!!!! 😘
Don't cut me off, don't count me down, I ain't done talking here.

The HARDEST Core Exercise 💀🔥 This looks SO easy… until you actually give it a try! 😮‍💨 The challenge? Keep your lower back pressed flat against the floor and your legs as straight as possible throughout the entire movement! 🔥 Aim for 2–4 sets of 8–12 reps. Who’s up for the challenge? 👀💪 #corechallenge #coreworkout
