AYXXX- Called up @the.eventstrategist and we planned an exhibition… sometimes you need to break a door down and just do your thing with your tribe. S/O everyone who made the exhibition a success. Until the next one ✌🏾 ❤️!

Never promised pretty, but it will always be tasty! 😂🍎 SAVE this one for a fun fall treat! These GLUTEN-FREE CINNAMON SUGAR APPLE DONUTS might not win a beauty contest, but they definitely surprised me! That crispy, cinnamon sugar-coated dough reminded me of the funnel cakes & elephant ears I grew up eating. Something I haven’t had in nearly 20 years since going gluten free! Add a tart apple center & oh my goodness. SO GOOD. 🤌 You can totally make these to your liking- gluten or no gluten. 😅 GLUTEN-FREE APPLE DONUTS 🍎 Ingredients: * 2–3 apples * 1 cup pancake mix (I used @dawafulls ) * ½ cup water, approximately (adjust for your mix) * 2–3 Tbsp coconut oil, plus more as needed * 3 Tbsp coconut sugar * 1 tsp cinnamon * Pinch of sea salt * Powdered sugar for dusting How to make them: 1. Slice apples into ¼-inch rings, remove the centers & pat dry. 2. Mix pancake batter according to your package, using less liquid for a thicker consistency. I used ½ cup Da Wafulls mix with 4 Tbsp water per batch. You want the batter thick enough to cling to the apples, not run off like regular pancake batter. 3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low to medium heat. 4. Dip each apple ring into the batter, coating both sides. Carefully place in the hot oil & cook until golden and cooked through, flipping with tongs. Watch for splattering! 5. Combine coconut sugar, cinnamon & sea salt. Gently coat the warm apple donuts. 6. Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar & ENJOY! A few notes: Da Wafulls has that slightly chewy, mochi-like texture that made these extra fun! Any pancake mix should work with adjustments to the liquid, and regular granulated sugar works beautifully in place of coconut sugar. Eat them as is, or serve them warm, add a caramel drizzle or even a scoop of vanilla ice cream! A little imperfect, a little nostalgic & a whole lot of fall fun. 🤎 Who else remembers getting funnel cakes or elephant ears growing up?! 🥹
My first coloring in Millie Marotta‘s new book Tiny Animal Kingdom🧡 {Werbung} #milliemarotta #tinyanimalkingdom #gundiwr #milliemarottabooks #polychromospencils Thank you so much Millie for this wonderful gift. I found a lot of wonderful pages to color🖍️✏️🖍️ I‘m very interested to hear what kind of paper this is. Had some problems with neocolor2 . Polychromos worked well, also Luminance soft color ( used them dry, wet doesn’t work)
A different reality is possible.
Red wine by the fireplace in a 17th century thatched roof cottage just hits different, you know?
Last 4 months have been quite a journey for me. “Taare” happened and I was on @mtvhustle right after that. I did not get enough mental space to process any of that because so much was going on simultaneously. My life is changing a lot and I’m excited yet nervous about what time has to offer. I’m extremely thankful from the bottom of my heart for each one of you. I feel guilty of the fact that it’s practically impossible for me to open each of your DM :( God has been really kind lately, I promise you all that it’s just the beginning. I have so much to offer to this world, I’ll keep creating until there’s nothing left in me ❤️🙏🏻
