From Skeletal Struggles to a Confident Smile ✨
Here’s the full transformation of a complex case:
🦷 Skeletal Class II | Dental Class II Div 2
📌 Retroclined 11 & 12 | Narrow maxilla
📈 We started with a twin block + jackscrew expansion & Z-springs to upright incisors.
🔧 Post-functional phase: full bonding in both arches.
🦷 Surgical exposure of unerupted canines + precise canine guidance.
✨ Final aesthetic gingivectomy in the maxilla.
The result? A well-balanced occlusion, radiant smile, and one very happy patient! 🌟
